Forget the steady accumulation of championship points—Kartmasters is a brutal, pure-racing spectacle where nothing matters but crossing the finish line first on Sunday afternoon. Held from 30 July – 2 August 2026, this legendary, one-off event is arguably the most fiercely anticipated weekend on the British karting calendar.
Organized by the Trent Valley Kart Club (TVKC), the event strips away the safety net of a season-long campaign. Drivers from across the UK and Europe descend on the grid for four days of intense, unrelenting heat races. The stakes couldn't be higher: there are no podium consolation prizes here. The sole objective is to win the Grand Prix final and earn the ultimate badge of domestic karting honor—the right to run the prestigious GP plate on your kart for the next twelve months.
